ABOUT

Hi, I'm Mary.
I am so happy that you are here!
I work with women who care deeply—about their lives, their people, and the promises they’ve made to themselves—yet feel frustrated by how hard consistency has been.
Most of the women I support are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They’ve tried pushing, planning, and starting over more times than they can count. And somewhere along the way, they started to believe that their inconsistency meant something was wrong with them.
I don’t believe that.
My work is rooted in the understanding that consistency isn’t a discipline problem—it’s a relationship and nervous-system issue. When the body doesn’t feel safe being pushed, it pulls back. Not because you’re lazy or unmotivated, but because it’s trying to protect you.
I help women rebuild trust with themselves by slowing down, listening, and creating safety first. From there, consistency becomes something that grows naturally—not something you have to force. It becomes the strong foundation that can be built on—It's the foundation for a life you jump out of bed in the morning to live!
My background as a nurse and coach has shaped how I hold space: with compassion, curiosity, and respect for the body’s wisdom. I don’t believe in fixing people or pushing them past their capacity. I believe in repair, return, and learning how to respond to yourself with care—even when things don’t go as planned.
The work I offer is gentle, relational, and deeply practical. It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to yourself—and learning that you can trust that return.
If you’re tired of feeling like you’re failing yourself, and you’re ready for a kinder, more sustainable way forward, you’re in the right place.
