Keeping Promises to Yourself

A 6-Month Journey to Self-Trust & Sustainable Consistency

This program is for women who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and being hard on themselves — and start building consistency by actually doing the things that matter to them.

You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need another plan to “get it together.”

What you need is a safer relationship with yourself.

If consistency has always felt hard, you’re not broken.

You care deeply about your life and the promises you make to yourself.
And yet, you may find yourself starting strong… then stalling, avoiding, or giving up.

You’ve probably tried:

  • pushing harder

  • setting better goals

  • starting over after every “failure”

  • telling yourself you should be better by now

And when it doesn’t work, the self-blame creeps in.

This program exists to interrupt that cycle.

It is a different way to understand consistency.

Consistency isn’t a character flaw.

It isn’t a motivation problem.

And it’s not something you fix with willpower alone.

For many women, inconsistency is a nervous-system and relationship issue.

When your body has learned that effort leads to pressure, overwhelm, or disappointment, it will naturally pull back—even when you care deeply. That response isn’t sabotage.

It’s protection.

Keeping Promises to Yourself offers a gentler, more sustainable path forward—one that begins with safety instead of pressure.

What this program is (and isn’t)

This is a 6-month guided group program for women who are tired of starting over and ready to rebuild trust with themselves.

It is:

  • nervous-system-aware

  • relational and compassionate

  • slow enough to integrate

  • practical enough to change how you live

It is not:

  • a productivity program

  • a habit-tracking system

  • a place where you’re pushed, monitored, or shamed

We don’t force consistency here.

We let it grow.

What you’ll learn and practice

Over six months, you’ll be supported to:

  • Understand why consistency has felt hard—without self-blame

  • Make small, keepable promises your system can actually honor

  • Recognize pressure before it turns into shutdown or avoidance

  • Repair missed commitments without starting over

  • Build accountability that feels supportive instead of shaming

  • Learn how to return to yourself again and again with compassion

This is about becoming someone you can trust—not someone who never drifts.

Program structure & rhythm

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Live Zoom group sessions: 2 per month (75 minutes each)

  • Format: Teaching, guided meditation, reflection, and integration

  • Support: Recorded meditations and reflection resources, WhatsAp Support group

The twice-monthly rhythm is intentional.

Space between sessions allows your nervous system to settle and self-trust to build naturally.

There’s nothing to keep up with here.
If you miss a session, you’re not behind.

The practice isn’t perfection.
The practice is returning.

Is this right for you?

This program may be right for you if:

  • You feel frustrated or discouraged by your inconsistency

  • You often overcommit, then feel overwhelmed or shut down

  • You’re tired of self-criticism and starting over

  • You want change that feels kind, realistic, and sustainable

  • You’re open to slowing down and listening to your body

This program may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for strict accountability or external pressure

  • You want fast results or a productivity framework

  • You prefer a self-paced course without live support

There’s nothing wrong with either preference—this program is simply designed differently.

About the guide

I work with women who are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring—yet tired of feeling like they’re failing themselves.

My work is grounded in nervous-system awareness, compassion, and the belief that sustainable change happens through relationship, not pressure. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in helping them come back to themselves.

This program was created not to demand more from you—but to offer a safer place to begin again.

A gentle invitation

If you feel a quiet yes—even alongside uncertainty—you’re welcome here.

You don’t need to be consistent to join.
You don’t need to have it figured out.

You only need a willingness to begin where you are.

Keeping promises to yourself starts here.
